This little venue has hit form. Carp to 4lb are regular to a variety of baites. Worm continues to sort out the better fish. Graham from the post office had a good day on Sunday with some good size roach and rudd to pinkie bait fished on a light waggler.
Double figure carp are regular in the mild conditions. All kinds of baits seem to be scoring but worm and fish meal bollies are sorting out the better fish.
Carp to 20lb this week. The Rudd are also being caught. Not huge fish but plenty of fish with red maggot doing well over loose feed. Angler Steve Wright caught this 20lb common carp on lobworm close to a margin feature.
Slow sport. Only a few small roach and perch to pinkie on light pole rigs.
Sport slow with no reports of carp. Perch to 2lb and the occasional roach and Rudd to maggot fished over ground bait.
